Otter showed up in the mail - in a plain white envelope. He apparently took the trip from the hotel in Seattle via some small town in the Midwest, and on his journey, he reconnected with his original tag (JR noticed the tag, but chose to believe my comment that I wasn't sure we'd ever taken the tag off during our brief sojourn with Otter in Seattle).
He's home. He's met Stripey and Curly and Rudolph and the rest of JR's menagerie. Life is back in balance.
